Our Partners
Trusted Partners is a program at Immanuel United Church of Christ to provide volunteer mentors to homeless prevention agencies. You can go to www.immanuelunited.org to learn more about Immanual UCC.
Trusted Partners provides mentors to the follow agencies:
- The ACES Project (ACES): The Action Coalition to Ensure Stability helps Marion County people who are homeless or at risk for homelessness and have addictive disorder, mental illness, medical, legal, and/or work problems.
- Partners in Housing Development Corporation: (Colonial Park Apartments, 4421 E. Washington and the Gladstone Apartments, 4317 E. Washington)
The development of safe affordable housing is the first step in ending homelessness. By providing a stable, safe, clean, and affordable place to live, we give people a chance to make positive changes and turn their lives around.

- Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN): The Indianapolis Interfaith Hospitality Network provides temporary shelter, meals, and supportive services to single parents and married couples with children. More than thirty hosting congregations open their doors to support families in crisis.
- Concord Neighborhood Center: The Concord Neighborhood Center offers south-side Indianapolis families and individuals of all ages a one-stop source for social services. www.concordindy.org
- John P. Craine House, 3535 North Pennsylvania Street: A unique alternative sentencing program dedicated to serving non-violent female offenders with pre-school aged children.
- Mary Riggs Fostering Independence program, 1800 W. Morris St: Combines transitional housing and supportive services to help meet the needs of former foster youth, ages 18 to 25.

- Workforce, Inc (754 N. Sherman Dr, Suite 220): A transitional jobs program for ex-offenders. www.work-force-inc.com
- Rebuilding the Wall stabilizes and empowers low-income families by renovating vacant inner city properties and giving the families the opportunity for homeownership. Trusted Partners matches mentors with their employment services program. www.rebuildingthewall.org
- Gennesaret Health Recovery Program for homeless men, 2401 N. Central Ave. Indianapolis, IN
- The Threshold Project. Threshold is a pilot project that seeks to identify the best ways to serve people who are chronically homeless and to create a replicable model that can be used with other at-risk populations in Indianapolis and beyond. www.ipic.org/forcommunity
